- About Hikaya
In 2017, Hikaya Pharmacy embarked on its journey to provide health support to the Jordanian community when it opened its first branch in the Jordanian capital, specifically in Deir Ghbar. Hikaya proceeded steadily towards success, relying on providing the highest level of healthcare by employing and training medical competencies. Now, Hikaya offers its services through 8 branches spread across Amman, hoping to reach all provinces of the kingdom and serve the largest possible segment of the Jordanian community.

- Why Hikaya:
At Hikaya, we care about providing high-level services to our customers. We strive to search for health products that meet international standards and ensure the availability of most of the medications our customers need, saving their time and effort in searching for medicine. To save our customers’ time and effort, we created an online store where Jordanians can select the medicine they want and receive it at home quickly and easily. We spare no effort in searching for specialized staff and providing a suitable family environment that makes all our staff work with love and harmony. We take pride in our team, composed of pharmacists with extensive experience in dealing with customers and assisting them in choosing the appropriate medical products.

To continually surpass the current standards by constantly challenging our capabilities and skills, providing the highest level of health service around the clock by trained pharmacists on how to serve customers. We aim to provide advice and consultation to our customers to build their high trust, increase their loyalty to the Hikaya group, and become their first destination.
